The initial consultation is free.
We will charge a fee of £250 for our mortgage advice service payable on completion which includes arrangement, and packaging of your application and securing a mortgage offer. We may also receive commission from the lender when your mortgage completes.
Alternatively
A fee of £80 per hour payable on completion. We find it typically takes us 10 hours of work to arrange a mortgage, which would mean a total fee of £800. It could be more or less than this, depending on your individual circumstances. We will refund you any commission we receive from the lender.
